Stardust Farms is a premier breeder of Brangus and Angus cattle. Stardust Farms
has proudly produced Grand National and Reserve Grand National champions in
California, Houston and Albuquerque. We offer Bulls, Heifers and Show Calves, as
well as semen from our proven herd sires. Located northeast of Redding,
California, in the foothills of Mt. Lassen, we proudly serve as the West's best
in breeding of prize livestock.
Stardust Farms has produced many award-winning cattle. In competitive weight
gain tests our cattle have exceeded, and are consistently in the top 10% of the
tests, competing with all breeds. Calving ease and performance are our
specialties.
At Stardust Farms our goal is to develop a premium animal that will function
efficiently in all environments and provide an acceptable carcass for the
consumer. Our desire is to have our customers make an above average profit while
leaving behind replacement females with maternal strengths and fertility.
We have accomplished our goals by breeding sires that are more than acceptable
for calving ease, fleshing ability and fertility while producing cattle capable
of gaining weigh in the feed lot with outstanding carcass traits. Our bulls are
developed to be athletic, fertile and sound on their feet and legs. All maintain
good dispositions.
Our bulls are grown and developed in a grassy environment as well as in an area
that is peppered with lava rock and sloping hills. The total environment ensures
soundness that serves them throughout their breeding lives. |
